Where is the retreat held?
The retreat takes place at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi Resort, located at Jalan Pantai Kok, Teluk Nibong, 07000 Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia. This stunning luxury resort offers breathtaking views, serene surroundings, and world-class amenities, making it the perfect environment for transformation and relaxation.

What airport should I fly into?
Langkawi International Airport (LGK) is the closest airport. Ensure your flight lands before 2 PM on the arrival day to coordinate pickup.

Will I be picked up at the airport?
Yes! Our team will be waiting at the airport arrival terminal with a Sculpt by Science sign. You will receive a confirmation email with driver details before your trip.

What travel forms do I need to fill out before landing in Langkawi?
Before landing in Malaysia, you must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC). This form is available online through the official immigration website and should be submitted within 72 hours before your arrival. Link.

Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Check the Malaysian immigration website to see if you qualify for a visa-free entry or need a tourist visa. Malaysia's visa information.
What time can you check in?
Check in at the Ritz Carlton is at 3PM.
What time should you check out?
Check out at the Ritz Carlton is at 12PM
Note: While there are official check-in and check-out times, the Ritz-Carlton team will be flexible and accommodate participants as needed, even if you arrive early or depart later than the standard times.
What Should I Pack?
Travel Essentials: Passport, travel insurance, chargers, and adapters.
Fitness Gear: Activewear for workouts and sports shoes

Beachwear: Swimsuits, flip-flops cover ups to avoid sunburn.

Casual Outfits: Comfortable clothing for workshops and leisure activities.
​
Formal Attire: A few formal outfits for our evening dinners, including the farewell dinner.

Personal Items: Sunscreen, insect repellent, toiletries, and any medications you need.

What fitness level is required?
The retreat caters to all fitness levels. We provide personalized adjustments for every session based on your experience and goals.

Are meals provided?
Yes, all meals are included, featuring a nutritious, balanced menu designed by Sculpt by Science nutrition experts and doctors.

Is alcohol provided?
​
As this will be a wellness retreat focused on health, alcohol will not be provided on behalf of Sculpt by Science. However, all members are welcome to help themselves to the Ritz Carlton bar!

Absolutely! Please specify any dietary restrictions during registration, and we will tailor your meals accordingly.
